I came to do the Wyld Essentials course after leaving school and capable of cooking on a small scale but only with recipes. It turned out to be the perfect course – I learned so much and above all confidence in the kitchen and now feel I could easily host a dinner party which was my aim for uni. Fran was a brilliant teacher because we covered a wide range of dishes and she explained everything in such an accessible way with useful tips from her years of experience. It was a very productive and enjoyable course – I highly recommend!
